Hi I was downloading a big app with a 4g wifi it was going well but when the downloading app is about to finish about 95% it said waiting for network how can I fix it without stopping the download

Is it still stuck at 95%? Sounds like it could be a bad signal...were you moving at all when you were downloading this? You could of just hit a bad area.

Otherwise if they keep getting stuck at 95% try clearing your cache of the Play Store app. You can do this by going to Settings > Apps > Play Store - Clear Cache

4G (cellular) and WiFi are both wireless but they are two different networks. When you're downloading anything stick with one or other.
