Help HELP!!

I was at a buddies house the other day and went to update my phone, mind you the service was not good. I clicked on the update and right as it started updating I lost service. and ever since it tells me that it is up to date when i still have lolliepop 5.1.1

Lots of that going around according to the Verizon Wireless boards. There has been some success once the phone is tethered to a computer and the Software update assistant software is installed and used for the update. Read the page I linked to and let us know if it works for you.
