Sorry, but what is the actual problem? That looks like some video tutorial (I'm not wasting 6 minutes watching the thing), so I'm guessing that it's not working for you. But in order to get any help you'll have to explain what isn't working, i.e. what happens when you try to follow the instructions.

It would be really helpful if you told us exactly what you did, rather than just saying "I followed the video", because if you leave something out or type something wrong the video cannot tell us that.
 
I was following until 3:18 where i clicked yes and now my phone says this and i cant access it, i backed up my thing phone before i did this, is there any way to fix this

Looks like Download mode. What is your complete model number and what are you trying to do, just root access or install a custom rom?
 
Watched some of the video. They already had root access and used Flashify to install CWM recovery image.
Did you already have root access?
 
Your phone should have a removable battery. To get out of download mode, remove the battery and wait a few seconds before you put it back in. Try and see if the phone will boot up normally.
 
How do i do it? I read about odin but i don't have the usb thing from dev mode on, can i do it without that?
