Hi.

Got the new San Francsico yesterday and i am not happy with it because every time i try to unlock the phone nothing happens the screen just freezes and i leave it for 5 mins and it just does the same again.

What do i do ??

Unlock it to all networks ?? Or are you talking about the screen lock ?

Sometimes when i do get it unlocked the phone just freezes for a while then it works again

Custom rom or the stock orange firmware?

If its a custom rom try another one. If its the stock orange one try a factory reset

If you don't know then it will be the stock Orange ROM

To be honest, if it really takes 5 mins to turn the screen lock off then I'd suggest that you possibly have a faulty phone. I know the phones can be a little slow with all the Orange software on them, but not that slow !

so im best off to send it bak then. will i get another one or will they fix it and send it bak ?

my last phone worked fine no faults or anything its just this one with the screen unlock and sometimes with other stuff. just now ts noth working feel like throughing it out

It could be the amount of open / running apps slowing it down...unlikely, but if you've rebooted the phone and it still does it then I'd suggest taking it back. If it's brand new then you should get a replacement. Try taking it to an Orange store and get them to replace it.

Reset the phone, so its as new, if its still the same then take it back to the shop as faulty
