I exceeded my number of attempts to unlock my phone with that pattern security lock. It took me to a page where i have to access my phone through google account. Im not sure if im putting my right info but it takes forever to search. Can anyone help me with this problem. Does the password have to contain letters and numbers (maybe im just using a wrong password).

can you go to your google account on a pc/laptop.
you will find it alot easier to do the forgot password procedure
