My new HTC Incredible seems to have Peep and Friend Stream pre-installed - and I simply, genuinely do not want either one of them. But apparently you can't uninstall what Google / HTC pre-installs on the phone.
Does anyone know of a way to disable them so they aren't using up data airtime?
I really and truly do not want to be forced to pay for something I find totally useless to me.

Welcome to the Android Forums!

If you don't configure the apps then it's highly unlikely that they'll incur any data airtime.

If you really want to disable them then consider rooting your phone, purchasing and installing Titanium Backup, and then freezing the offending apps.
