Help!

Hi everyone, i just got the samsung intercept and im having some problems. iv been trying to download apps to my phone and i can find them just fine and download them just fine also. but once there done downloading i have no idea where to find them at. i have tried shutting off my phone to see if that would help but there still no place to be found so if you could please help me with this that would be great. thank you

So you're not seeing the shortcut icons for the apps in the App Drawer?

No, i see nothing. iv searched my phone for about two hours, and nothing to be found.
