Help!???

Hi.
I know nothing about code, but I want to make an application for Android.
I went to lots of sites and it's all just to confusing...I don't seem to understand how to operate the programs and how to connect them all together.

I downloaded the AppInventor, the Android SDK for Windows, the Java update, and the APK tool.
The APK tool doesn't do anything... what is it? how do i use it?
The SDK - i opened it, and it "updated" some stuff.. but what does it have to do with the app building? how do i use it together with the process?
The AppInventor - I built a really simply app with it just to try it out, of a number that goes up or down by 1 when you click "add" or "subtract" - I managed to do this, but this is important:

Can I "export" somthing like that to a file (what type??) and then "work" or it simply by writing Java code?? If so, can I "import" it back into AppInventor?

Lastly - Two issues: What are the legal rights I have on the app I build in the AppInventor?
And secondly - when in this whole process do I need to register at the Android Market, or does it even matter?

Thank you very much, i'm only asking all these things because all of the Manuals and Tutorials are very vague in terms of specific "where to click what to open next" type of help.

THANK YOU! (i know my post must be very annoying to some...)

yes, but that was not my question..

I need to know how to operate the different things i mentioned in my post, like how to use the SDK program I downloaded and how to connect the AppInventor program with other elements...

I hope that someone help me.
But I read somewhere now that if you build an application on the AppInventor, you can't market it. Is that true?

My ultimate goal is of course to make some money off of my idea.

So: Is it possible to write a whole code using no other program, just JavaScript and then Make that into an application by adding some minor things?
How can this be done?

Btw: totally noob question - Is javascript the only way to code this or is there some other java language??

Thank you very much again...
