So I updated my Epic from 2.1 to 2.2 using the recovery mode and I wanted every thing back so I reset to factory settings and lost all my data how can I get it back?

Did you back it up first before erasing your phone?

Hate to say unless you did a backup of some kind then you are out of luck.
