hi, i m new.. planning to buy SGS..
i wan to ask that if i m to install cracked apk like apps o games downloaded from internet using pc, do i need to root my phone?

Nope. You can just enable it in settings.

That is, if you are getting a I9000 and not one of the variant SGS. I heard AT&T locked the Captivate down.
