I had the same problem with my x10, i tryed everything even turning it off for a while then back on. I entered in my google account info over twenty times and it still never let me in. How do you do A sony Update or to reset my phone or something plzz help!

Can you access the settings on your phone? What state is it currently in? Is it the initial setup you're having issues with or have you been using it with no problem?
