Help!!

I was charging my Huawei ascent through my laptop and all of a sudden the buttons started flashing and the screen went black. Now I can't turn it on and when I plug it in all that happens is the buttons start flashing again. Any ideas??

Have you tried pulling the battery out, then reinserting to see if that makes a difference?

If a battery pull doesn't work, you might have to perform a reset.

1. Turn off the handset (pull battery if necessary)
2. Press the Volume up button
3. Press the send button
4. Turn on your phone. (power)
