So I have no idea what Ive done, but my brand new, like less than a week old 10.1 WiFi Samsung galaxy tab was on ios 3.0, I don't know how but it is now on 3.0.1 and it looks all messed up and doesn't have widgets or anything. Can someone please help me figure out how I can make it go back to 3.0? I tried factory reset but that did nothing, and I tried googleing it but I still have no idea what to do.

Also, when it turns on right below the name it has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the middle, then that goes away and there's a loading bar with percentages.
