Hello bbolstridge. You will want to check with the users of your tablet for they all are a bit different. Below is a link to the list of tablet areas. Hello bbolstridge and welcome to Android forums :) glad to have you aboard sorry to hear about your problem I'm pretty sure that your wifi settings were wiped during the process as well you'll probably have to re-enter your MAC address I believe this should fix the issue I hope I was helpful and did not include any false information if I did please let me know so I may correct myself for any future questions on this or any similar matter and feel free to ask any questions we're there for you and that's what we're about helping each other out I hope you have a blast in the forums take care :)
 
The MAC address for you tablet should be within the about. . in the settings. Again, checking with the users of your tablet will serve you well. They know your tablet and can give specific advice/instructions.
 
well I'm not really familiar with tablets but I believe you should be here go to Setting>Wireless Networks it should be there I hope this helps you
