Hi, that happens a lot for many different reasons. Which app? Which phone?

Welcome to Android Forums - thanks for stopping in for help. However, with more info from you we can assist you much better. Anyway, the best place to get started would be in the forum for your specific device model. Select it from the list on the Home Page and join your device's area of support - you can get tips & tricks and a whole lot of information on your device.

If you can't find it, then tell us what device you have and we'll point you in the right direction.
