Hello and welcome to these forums. I don't know what issues you are having with your BT. To marry your phone to a BT device you need to put the device in discovery mode (find instructions with BT device) and then go into settings on your phone and have it search for a BT device. It should find the device and ask for a numeric code to mate the two units. Normally the code is 0000 but your BT device should say what to input. Once that is done, you should get a message to the effect that the coupling was successful. For more detailed information you will want to check into the area for your Behold 2.
