hi i have forgot my password for my san francisco II and now i need to put in mygoogle account but i have forgot it how do i do a reset onit without needing to go on gmail ????

Welcome to AF, you need to login into your Gmail account from a PC, change your password there and then you will be able to login after that

Hello and welcome to AF.

Try this step:

Press the Menu key, select Settings, scroll to and select Privacy, scroll to and select Factory Data Reset. Select Reset Phone then erase Everything

The phone will then restart to complete the reset.
