Help!!!

my phone wont come on anymore, i press power & it keeps flashing the Blue screen, showing the cricket screen with the big green K & thats all it keeps doing

Sounds like you might just want to factory reset the phone AshleyP, it's unfortunate but it doesn't look like you have many options

Here is a guide to factory reset it, this will delete all of your data.

First remove battery for a few minutes and then put it back in.

Then at the same time hold the following:

volume up, call button and power button (hold until it vibrates)

When it asks for permissions select:

select wipe data/ factory to reset
