registered because i am in need of your assistance. asking for your help is the best way of dealing my problem, and i can not handle this on my own. the problem started when i installed the ES file explorer on my Galaxy y duos. enable the necessary configurations, followed all the instructions given on the site. i restarted my phone but it wont completely turn on, tried everything i know but it just wont work ( can you please help me ><

I assume you downloaded it from the play store?
What configurations do you mean?
And when you say, won't completely turn on, what is happening?

Might I ask what you were trying to do? Perhaps, something was erased that shouldn't have been...If so, we'll need some information from you (Are you rooted? Do you have custom recovery?) Either way, we'd be happy to help
