I dropped my droid incredible and the power button doesn't work, I'm having problems with my current rom (CM9) and I want to change it up. The problem is I can't select yes when in hboot... I need an alternative way to load the rom, get past the hboot to recovery or somehow switch out the power button to the trackball. Volume keys are fine.
I have adb and I have tried using adb shell reboot recovery, but that goes straight to hboot, I also tried apps that say they go to recovery after reboot but that also goes straight to hboot. I just finished looking up blackrose hboot and I cant find a version for droid incredible that works..... i am all out of ideas, any help?
And I can't take it to repair, im out of country and not returning anytime soon
