Help HELP...

Put a bogus MEID on my D710, now that i programmed a valid one to it all i get is
"HARDWARE VERSION - UNKNOWN". Also there is a crossout symbol where the signal bars usually are. Can anyone please help me. Thanks

Hey everyone! Im pretty much an android geek. Personally ive been sticking with my Gnex. But my wife has an s2 D710 from ssprint, and I need some help here.
My wife REFUSES to root her phone to make atuff easier on me, but she wanted me to push the update from 4.0.4 up to 4.1.2.
I was fairly successful in pushing the uograde, however she is having major probs with her buetooth, and her wifi is going wacko just about everytime ahes away from home.
Here comez the really crappy problem. Does anyone know if theres a patch or fix? Shs more freaked out about the bluetooth mord than anything. Her fave activity is talking on the Bluetooth and driving. However she REFUSES to root. She thinks its against the law and shes a stickler for rules. So is there ANY way to find a fix and push it without rooting it? Shes making me crazy and ive been online for 3 days trying to make her happy, unrooted and her BT to work and get her out of my ass? I would deeply appreciate it. Ill wash your dog or buy you a new deodorant stick or something

Have you tried doing a factory reset? Doing a factory reset after upgrading usually fixes most problems after upgrading to Jellybean.
