I have chrome and stock browser, both lag really bad when entering URL and while scrolling, and both randomly close with no error message...anyone know what's going on?

Sounds like you are short on CPU or ram. Do you have a lot of apps running in the background?

Like 8-10 but most are system apps and the amount of ram they are taking up doesn't match the amount used...i don't get it

I had the same problem. I can't really say what I did to fix it. I disabled a lot of startups I didn't need running in background because I never use them. Also moved as much as I could off the internal memory and on to the SD card. I don't know if that is what fixed it though.
Kind of just realized it wasn't doin it anymore when I read this post.
I reboot often too. Couple times a day.
