I have been trying to send wifi with my phone, but it does not work! Someone explains what's happening please!

Does the terminology "send" equate to actually using your wifi or forementioned as a tether?

Like when I turn on android tether, on my phone it says it is activated, but when I try to find it or scan it it is not there. But barnacle wifi tether i can turn on and scan it. But when I connect to it, it does not send internet to the device.

Try OpenGarden WiFi Tether. I used that one. The issue with that one is you have to install it from the website, not Google Play. VM blocks a LOT of tethering apps and you have to keep trying to find one that works.

Yeah I used SVTP wifi tether and I had to lucky patch the license verification and it works but not anymore

An alternate solution would be pdanet+. You download the app to you phone and install it. Afterwards go to the website and download the .exe file for the pc. You can download the exe onto your phone then transfer the file to your PC through USB. Let me know if you need more precise details on pdanet+.
