i want to add music to my trio stealth lite off my computer but i wont connect to it. what should i do?

have you tried installing the drivers for your phone and then restarting the computer and then connect your phone?
If you use an external SD card, you should be able to put your music files directly on it through a card reader in your computer. You can also try a file manager to transfer the files via wifi, however that is an advanced process. It may be easier to ensure the proper drivers are installed as mentioned above and transfer the files over USB.
