hey when i try to open (change speak to word) it say process setting.android.com has stop pleas try again later .what can i do

You are going to need to give us a lot more info.
Type and model of phone.
Exactly what app are you trying to open? Is it speech to text, the mic icon on the keyboard? Some phones don't come with it pre-installed. It is in the Play Store.
