im trying to connect to hyc sync and it wont let me it tells me to go to settings then connect to pc but i cant find where is says connect to pc
 
When you connect to the PC try swiping down on the task bar at the top of the screen. Usually in there you will see a USB option and you can switch it from charge only to mount USB.
