[Android Question]

I am having problems upgrading my samsung infuse 4g . everytime i try it keeps saying

SGH-i997 can not be upgraded

1. detach and reattach mobile phone battery
2. reboot mobile phone and then try to upgrade again

i have done this twice now and can i get it to upgrade ? it needs it bad...

What are you trying to upgrade it to? I'm not sure this device will go beyond 2.3 Gingerbread as it's quite dated.

I was the one that posted that.... but yes im jus trying to upgrade my phone period trying to get it to run better :$

You'll be able to find plenty of resources and information there, as well as ask any specific questions you may have to other infuse users since you are a member now.
