Root Help!

Someone please for the love of God help me!!!!! I am in no way technologically challenged, but I can not for the life of me do any of this correctly. This phone is garbage and I just want to be able to use it to its fullest potential. If someone would be able to PM me or post in this thread everything I should do with my phone so I don't do any unneeded stuff, and how to completely unroot and wipe it, it would be much appreciated.

I have a Samsung Rugby Smart
And my computer runs Windows XP (I'm only saying this because most threads had Windows 7 specific directions)

We make odin backups for this reason, but they may still be rooted (I forget). Look on XDA's super thread.

In another comment, I've had good luck running my Rugby Smart. 1 year 3 months and counting .
