My galaxy s iv for tmobile screen craked but the screen is blank what is the caused to this? What do i have to buy to get it fixed since my insurance wont let me get refurbished one out.

You need to have the screen replaced. Unless it's more than just a cracked screen - then you need to get whatever else is broken fixed. Start with the TMobil store - see if they have a screen they can plug into your phone to see if that fixes the problem. (If not, it may not pay to fix it.)
