help!

[Android Question]

okay so i went to the hospital to see my grandma i told my mom to hold my phone and next thing u know she drops it and the battery and back part came off. i put it back together and went home, turned it on and i sent a text to my friend..and i knew i did so i try looking for the message and found out it was all over the place and out of order..i also tried to go on facebook..but couldnt my phone says im connected to wifi but it still doesnt work..idk what to do..help! HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM

Your phone may have received a physical shock that did hardware damage. You might try removing the battery once again and then replace. I can't imagine your problem being software related after the shock it suffered. I wish I had more to offer.
