HELP

[Android Question]

I have a Samsung Fascinate and i just got it. Sometimes when I'm texting or doing something i normally do the screen freezes. The it says downloading do not turn off target. What do i do. Its making me mad. I've looked up solutions and they say to take the battery out for a few minutes and turn it back on. It worked the first time. This is the 2nd time its happened and no matter how much i take the battery out and how long i wait it wont function properly. Any advice?

You might want to factory reset your device. It sounds like you have some software bugs, a reset could fix it. Remember this will delete everything.

Also have you tried using a third party texting app like Handcent or GoSMS yet?
