I cant tell if you are replying to the post entitled
android system recovery <3e>
If so then your phone has a problem, but if the model number is showning it can probably be sorted out. The issue may have been caused by removing the sd card with out unmounting it. Try putting it back in and rebooting the phone.
If no good you may need to clear the cache and if thats no good a factory reset. Both of these are options in the recovery screen which you were in before. Clearing the cache should not affect your data. Factory reset will wipe it clean - everything you put on the phone.
To get back to recovery try holding power + vol down + menu at the same time (I'm guessing as I dont know what phone you have)
It would be best to register on the forums and ask the question again, with as much info as possible, in the forum specific to your phone. We cannot have a proper 2 way discussion in this forum
