[Android Question]

my wifi is conected to the library wifi but no internet

Two questions, does the library wifi require you to sign in? If you connect with a laptop, does it require you to enter a code in your browser. I was in the airport the other day and I needed to watch a commercial in the browser before I could use the free wifi. It popped up with a notification and opened the necessary page in my browser.

Also, what color is the wifi signal strength indicator. Blue/Green means it is connected, white means in is not connected.
