Sorry but I cannot answer that question. Some of the apps that do this are used as a way for people to track lost or stolen phones. If you need assistance with this, please consult your service provider. They can help you with this issue. Please do not think I am saying that you have stolen the phone or anything like that because that is not what I am implying at all.
