my daughter tried my password too many times and my phone has locked, i tried logging into my gmail account and it works on the computer but not on my phone! could this be because the internet on my phone is switched off? HELP PLEEASE
 
You need either internet or data on the phone to be working - the phone has to verify the login with gmail.
