i have a kyocera event and the carrier is with virgin mobile, anyways my phone froze up and when i turn it on it freezes on the logo so i thought that maybe factory resting it would help so i did that and then after i did that i rebooted it and it just goes right back to the virgin mobile logo.... so im going to take the battery out for a couple of days to see if that will help... Please i need anybodys help that knows how to deal with a situation like this.
