I am unable to get the "no service " circle off my Galaxy Proclaim. Was on the phone with IT for an hour with no result. All functions work except text and calling. It says no service or searching for service. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!!

I'm not sure what you've already tried, but is mobile data enabled?

Check under settings>more...>mobile networks and make sure that data is enabled.

If it is enabled, is it possible you are in a no service area??

Have you previously been using the phone with no issues or did you just get the phone?
