Hello im new to this site n i need help i had upgrade my old phone bcuz metro is moving to a new network so i got the lg l 70 for free had the phone for about four days and sense the one if the phone is not in use or charging it shuts off and wont turn back on unless i take out the battery and reset it is there a way to fix this this is my only problem with the phone thank u

Sounds like a bad hardware problem. Bring it back to the store. But give them a chance to fix it, because maybe since you are new to this type of phone, you're doing something wrong. But it sounds like a broken phone.

Agree this probably is a hardware issue with the phone, however it could possibly be a user issue. Go back to the store give them the chance to fix or replace it.
