Need to know what and where to fix touch wiz and mobile zone. The wiz says stop running. And if I click on the mobile zone it says its stopped. Don't know what either are. New to this phone Samsung galaxy sIII. Do u need mobile zone it has an androde figure nothing else. I don't rem. It being there when I got the phone. Brand new yesterday. As fortouch wiz can u do anything for it? I also noticed when I got the phone I had 4lte then yestetday I had nothing. Wouldn't come back in so they mobile in settings changed to cdma???? 3g came in. Do not know what they stand for??? So today tho I have 4g again. Goes in and out..what do I do with mobile zone it is running. Thanks anyone that can help and understand what I'm saying.
