Help!

New S5 user here so still trying to figure this phone out! The little squares after the home icon on the home page are multiplying! Started out with maybe 4 and now there are 7! Why did this happen and how do I get rid of them? Any help will be appreciated

You've added new unused pages to your homescreen. Long-press the menu button ( Left-hand side soft key). You will see all of your pages and you can scroll left/right to see them. Long-press on an empty page and drag it up to the trashcan at the top of the screen. Repeat this with all of your other empty and unwanted pages. The last empty page will have a + sign on it. This stays there and is used to add a page to your screen. When done, press back to your homescreen and you will have just your main pages that you need.
