I have an unrooted SPH-L710 for Boost Mobile. It was running KitKat 4.4.2. Today it received an ota system update. It rebooted and seems to be stuck showing the Samsung logo on the screen and periodically flashing blue within the logo.
I have no current active service with Boost. I don't know if the Boost CS would be willing to help me.
Has anyone else encountered this and what did you do? I would greatly appreciate any input.
