Help HELP

[DJ FURLOW]

I have tried multiple times to download a driver for my rugby pro- sgh-i547. I keep getting an unsuccessful download every time. I'm trying to speed this klunker up and can't even start at square one.

The towel root in that thread doesn't work either. And niether does the driver, Im just pretty much giving up on this phone.

I don't think we have a spot for the Rugby Pro, so I'm going to move this thread to the more general Android News & Talk subforum to see if anyone else has some brilliant ideas to help out.

I successfully downloaded the driver installer from Samsung link. Perhaps your anti virus doesn't like it as it's an exe file so disable it for the download

I may have to attempt this at home. I have been trying on my work computer and I cant diasable antivirus.

It wont even download the dam towelroot from www.towelroot.com. It freezes up.

Downloaded ok for me. It's a Windows exe and I'm using a Mac at moment. So it's not going to do anything anyway here.

Go to your anti virus and go to it setting s to disable it
