I have the lg optimus 2x running 2.3.4 I rooted and over clocked, but I selected OVERCLOCK at boot. After that it is stuck in a boot loop please help

Force it to shut down (e.g. pull the battery out), then when you reboot deselect it. I've never heard of "selecting overclock at boot", so don't know what tool you are using, but I'm assuming that if you could select it on boot you can deselect on boot as well.
