I have a Kocaso M762B, and I recently pulled it out of storage and realized i'd forgotten the lock thing. And to top it off, the password to my google account hadn't updated since i last used it, so i dont know what it was when i originally entered it to the tablet. I tried to factory reset it, and when i did so it gave me an error thing with the android guy on his back with an (!). I did the firmware update supplied on the Kocaso website and it worked fine, but it didn't reset it or fix the error when i tried to reset it myself. I'm literally holding a paperweight right now and any advice would be great. FYI i dont know anything about androids this has all been new to me.
