Hello, I have recently reseted my lg g3 back to factory settings.
I backed up with LG Backup service and when the process was done I went to reset it.
After the reset was done I noticed that the backup file is damaged and it can't be restored.

Please help me, its really important to me.

If you haven't done so,enable Developer Options & once you access Developer Options,enable USB De-bugging.

Then,try out one of the recovery tools I linked.

Other than trying another cable & re-installing drivers on your PC,I'm stumped.
If you peruse all the thread titles in the G3 forum,I'm almost certain there's at least one other conversation regarding data recovery & hopefully you'll find some answers there.
If nothing else,the users here will see the thread become active again & will likely chime-in with suggestions.
