helping those whose computer doesn't recognize phone, downloading driver

if you are having problems and want to download music, ect. ontu phone via computer, i had same problem and after much trial and error realized i had to download the driver for free by following advice and links on the following page. Not problem with USB.

when you download and install driver, make sure phone isn't connected to computer.
