Root Helppppp

I recently bought an lg optimus m for metro and like an idiot i didnt purchase the warranty... and was rooting the phone... Everything was going fine. And while i was in root explorer i think i may have clicked something that i need for the phone, because now i have no homescreen the phone kept opening an error message saying "blah blah blah has stopped working unexpectedly" or whatever and i had to click force close. But it kept popping up so i pulled out the battery and turned it back on. It was stuck on the adroid screen for like 10 mins so i took the battery out again, re inserted it and pressed the home+volume down+power buttons together, phone reset and went past the android screen, but when the phone loads, it asks me the language and i select and then it has an error message saying sorry! The application set up wizard has stopped please try again. And it keeps saying that, so i skipped passed it and didnt do the set up. But now i have no display or anything i can receive calls, but then the screen stays frozen after its been hung up. Is there anyway to reset everything i've done.. ?

i think what i may have accidentally deleted was the LGHome.apk how do I reset my phone with the Factory OEM settings without having backed up the phone (didnt see the back up step in the tutorial for rooting) if i have no screen ?

There's a thread buried in here somewhere. Search for LGHome and you should come across a thread about how to get your homescreen back with little trouble. I'll update this post if you don't find it first.
