[Android Question]

I erased lots of the apps that my galaxy s3 came preinstalled with and now some apps arent working like, my play store. everytime i try and open it, it doesnt load, it crashes right away. Also when i try to use my phone and dial a number, i open my dialing app and after i put in 3 numbers, it freezes for a couple seconds then takes me to my homescreen and says "contacts has stopped working". i reset my phone twice and it didnt help at all.

I guess you have a rooted phone otherwise you would not be able to delete pre installed apps. It's best to register on the forums and ask questions about rooting etc in the "all things root" sib forum for your s3. There you will probably find people who can give good help. 2 way discussions cannot happen in this guest section of the forums but are often needed for complex issues.

Having said that, if you have done a hard reset and it does not work you may have deleted something from the system where the system is stored. If so you will need to re Flash a rom (ie the whole os) to your phone to get a complete system back. This could be a stock Samsung or custom rom. Depending where you are now with root recovery etc the methods will differ - give as much info as you can and ask in the s3 forum

It can probably be sorted out!
