I'm not a big cognac drinker myself - maybe one measure every other year.
If I'm doing spirits an Islay malt is more my speed.

I sometimes drink Great Wall "XO" cognac.

yeah that is definitely true........but it is a good for bragging rights.......lolPappy's is good for sure, but I don't think I can honestly say it's THAT good to command the kind of price and following it has. For what one shot of Pappy's cost, you could buy a bottle of Blanton's.
Okay, so I have tasted it, but the boss was buying and he has some money to throw around when he's not collecting Corvettes.
Personally, I'd rather have Jefferson's, Blanton's or Yellowstone.
