I have created a widget that allows you to send a predefined message together with your position to multiple recipients in just one click.
You just specify recipients and message when creating the widget and it will send mails and/or SMS when you click on the icon on the right side of the widget.
You can optionally be presented with a confirm screen that lets you edit the message, and the recipients (or cancel the operation) before the messages are sent.
To edit a widget, just press on the left part of it.
The location will be read from the GPS if it's enabled. Otherwise the network location will be used.
I created it for a friend, whose son has special needs. He wanted him to be able to click once on a widget to send him the position together with a predefined message.
There are probably more ways to use it, so I published it on Android market.
